As experimental inquiry ongoing with youth. Trust human potential to derive operational truth from experience; and, in friendship, share truth ungrudgingly with one another. The truth is that it is easy to antagonize some people and people lie, it is good to have friends.

Only nasal breathing infuses each breath with nitric oxide, a free radical that kills germs, and dilates the blood vessels which promotes relaxed feelings. It is a core strategy that coupled with the will to achieve something important to the individual guarantees improved performance and understanding.

The Inner Game theory of relaxed performance demonstrates that the highest potential performance is often achieved by allowing the self freedom to fail, thereby heightening the ability to succeed when pressure of performance is lessened and feedback on performance becomes holistic and self regulating. This idea is akin to the Zen mind where the focus on nothingness allows comprehension of reality in ways that are closed to the mind which seeks answers in panic.

Essentials of treatment: in every session
1. Find out the goals of the client for this session.
2. Develop rapport for the session
3. Make interesting what ever you make as suggestions to improve their lives, that is, the suggestion must be: easy to comprehend, easy to do, demonstrably effective in the moment, and must lead to the client seeing improvement toward their goal.
4. Use your brand as a gatekeeping mechanism to select those clients most effectively treatable by you.

Achieving our client' goals is the bench mark of success in every service field. Personality may be the vehicle of delivery but the achievement of what the client came for is what keeps the client coming back.
We do not need to know 'how successful' by any other standard than the regular presence of the client when the client is in need.

Some of the great coaches equate relaxation with the ability to concentrate. It seems concentration is ideal as a state of mind for accomplishment of a goal. The fundamentals of concentration are being rested, having practiced the skills of performance to a high degree and having a goal.

Wouldn't it be great to be able to loan money to C1 for a car, anxiety and physical health impacted by losses; potential for sustainable financial stability improved by having a reliable vehicle.
Or, C2 whose financial worries are exponentially compounded by emotional losses and poor self regard. Wouldn't it be great to offer her down payment for rent.
The need to help people is real, most can pay it back on a graduated scale. Some cannot pay it back and wouldn't it nice to be make a cash transfer directly to the vendor of the client's needed service.

EMDR is like hypnosis, leaving a cavity of missing negative feeling, but a feeling it was nonetheless. How to instill joy of life in its place? Remove fear, you said. Again, this is a removal of feeling trapped, a good thing in itself but not more than an instillation of hope and support for future action. Respecting and enlarging their 'Purpose' in life may be useful to having an interactive life in a community, you say. So, let us make sure we understand what the person sees as their purpose before removal of a negative emotion/memory.

What is the health that I as a Professional Social Worker want for my clients?
It is seen in their autonomy and ability to nurture others. Health is not static nor isolated to an individual.
Community is given and bestowed person to person.
