SAP services for CDL holders to take you through the process of Return to Duty Testing.

Here are the steps we will take.

1. Go to the Clearinghouse and see if your name is there as having failed the drug test.

2. Designate me (Robert Marek) as your SAP

3. Get paperwork from your supervisor of any results and actions from the failed test. Any paper work is good. Bring it with you.

4. Get the contact name and fax number or email of the person that I am to send the paperwork to. Bring it, text it or email it.

5. Relax, be honest and we will get through this just fine.

6. Examine the portal link which I will send you, in it you will see:
* 3 DOT memos on CBD and marijuana
* 1 Handbook
* AA online information
* Attendance sheet

-Miscellaneous, you will need your CDL card & the date you took the drug/ alcohol test.

Ask any questions you want, I am here to make sure you understand the education process that is required of you to do the return to duty testing.

(I will not ask you to do a drug test as part of our interview.)

Your cost is $400 for the entire process. I accept only cash or money orders, no credit cards or personal checks.
